At A.Z Global Healthcare Solutions, we have taken bold steps to address these challenges — particularly in the field of orthopedic implants and surgical instruments.

Our journey is one of collaboration, passion, and purpose — led by two individuals deeply committed to healthcare transformation: Nawabzada Zaheer Barakzai and myself, Afaq Ahmed Khan.

Transforming Orthopedic Care in Pakistan

Orthopedic trauma is one of the most common yet neglected areas of healthcare in developing countries. Recognizing this gap, we launched A.Z Global’s orthopedic division with a clear mission: to provide international-standard orthopedic implants and instruments that are both affordable and accessible.

Nawabzada Zaheer Barakzai, with his visionary leadership, has been instrumental in driving this mission forward. His on-ground involvement with hospitals, surgeons, and trauma centers across Pakistan has accelerated our growth and ensured our products reach the patients who need them the most.

As CEO, I’ve worked alongside Zaheer to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, maintaining certifications like ISO and CE, and keeping our processes aligned with global safety protocols. Together, we’ve created a trusted name in trauma care, one that stands for quality, integrity, and innovation.

Our current orthopedic product line includes:

Next Frontier: Expanding to East Africa – Starting with Uganda

With a strong foundation in Pakistan, we are now ready to take our mission global. Our next major initiative is focused on Uganda and the East African region — markets that urgently need access to safe, high-quality orthopedic implants.

This strategic expansion is led jointly by Nawabzada Zaheer Barakzai and myself, with a shared vision to:

• Introduce cost-effective orthopedic implant solutions in Uganda

• Partner with local hospitals, NGOs, and healthcare agencies

• Launch training programs for Ugandan surgeons and medical professionals

• Establish logistical and distribution hubs to serve wider regions in East Africa

This move reflects our long-term goal of positioning A.Z Global as a trusted global player in trauma care — one that creates lasting impact across continents.
