Think about this for a minute.
A guy in Dhaka is making jute bags. Another guy in Jakarta is making rattan baskets. Another guy in Ho Chi Minh is roasting coffee. All three are thinking the same thing. This product can sell in America.
But there is a problem.
A Bangladeshi company, an Indonesian PT, or a Vietnamese company cannot get Stripe. They cannot get Shopify Payments. They cannot open a Mercury bank account. And US customers do not trust them enough to pay.
That is why smart founders in 2026 to 2027 are doing one simple thing. They are forming a Wyoming LLC from home.
Let me break it down for you by country.
1. Bangladesh
Bangladesh is the king of jute. The whole world buys jute from here. In the US, one jute tote bag sells for 45 dollars. In Dhaka, it costs only 4 dollars to make. But US buyers only pay with Stripe and they only pay to a US company.
If your company name is BD GLOBAL TRADING LLC, they see you as a brand, not just a supplier. Same is true for garments, leather goods and handmade crafts.
2. Indonesia
Indonesia is the number one exporter of rattan in the world. The word Bali itself sells at five times the price in the US. Most founders sell raw material. Smart founders are building a brand.
If you open a Shopify store with a name like BALI CRAFT CO LLC, that same basket sells for much more. Teak wood, woven decor and natural soap are also very popular right now.
3. Vietnam
Vietnam makes the cheapest coffee and bamboo products in all of ASEAN. Vietnamese coffee is booming on Amazon US. But to sell on Amazon US and get your payout, you need a US entity.
That is why founders are forming SAIGON EXPORTS LLC and selling directly. Linen clothing and handmade ceramics are also selling very well.
How to do it from any of these three countries
It is the same four steps for everyone.
Step One, form a Wyoming LLC. Not Delaware. Wyoming is cheaper. Only 60 dollars per year and it gives you privacy.
Step Two, get your EIN. You can get it without SSN. It takes about 8 to 12 days by fax.
Step Three, get a real US business address. Then open Mercury bank and then Stripe. Make sure your LLC name is exactly the same everywhere. That is the reason for most rejections.
Step Four, connect it to Shopify, Etsy or Amazon. Now you are a US seller even though you are sitting in Dhaka, Jakarta or Ho Chi Minh.
Whether you are shipping jute from Bangladesh, rattan from Indonesia or coffee from Vietnam, the route is the same. From Southeast Asia to Wyoming and from Wyoming to the whole world.
